Zoya Raynes is the Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Amber Capital, having served in a similar capacity at CCP. Prior to CCP, Ms. Raynes was a senior member of the Capital Introduction team at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns. Ms. Raynes began her career in the Salomon Smith Barney Sales & Trading Analyst program upon her graduation with honors from Drexel University.
Outside of the office, in addition to her responsibilities as President of JCF, Ms. Raynes is very active in the nonprofit and philanthropic community and serves on the board of directors of the following organizations: Jewish Community Relations Council, Council of Young Jewish Presidents, Jewish Heritage Program, UJA NY’s Investment Management Division, Hadassah’s National External Advisory Committee.

Steven Schoenfeld is the founder and chief investment officer of BlueStar Global Investors LLC, which focuses on Israeli and Middle Eastern/Mediterranean markets and maintains the “BIGI®” and BIGI Tech™” benchmarks for Israeli Equities. He is a 31-year veteran of the investment management industry, having served in senior fiduciary positions including as Chief Investment Officer for Global Quantitative Management at Northern Trust where he oversaw more than $300 billion in index and active equity and fixed income portfolios, and as Head of International Index Equity Management at Barclays Global Investors, where he managed more than $70 billion in developed and emerging market stock index funds, including the initial family of iShares ETFs

Eran Nitzan serves as the Minister of Economic Affairs for the Ministry of Finance of the State of Israel at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. Prior to his diplomatic assignment, Eran served for five consecutive years as the Deputy Director of the National Budget
Division at the Ministry of Finance. In this capacity he oversaw the entire state budget as it relates to housing, the interior, and the environment. He also served as the Chairman of the National Zoning Committee, overseeing all regional zoning and planning committees and large housing projects.
